5-axle semi low-loader trailer with independent wheel suspension for KLEBL

This vehicle is a double-extending low-loader trailer whose loading platform can be extended to a length of 22,500 mm.

KLEBL, headquartered in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, has its core business in the areas of construction, structural precast elements and trade. With six precast concrete plants and a focus on medium and large construction projects, the family-owned company sees itself as a high-performance construction partner and specialist in turnkey buildings.

KLEBL is now beefing up its fleet with an extremely versatile 5-axle MultiMAX low-loader trailer from Faymonville for the transport of various precast parts.

This vehicle is a double-extending semi whose loading platform can be extended to a length of 22,500 mm. This allows concrete elements of various dimensions to be moved safely and efficiently.

The semi low loader has independent wheel suspension, ensuring a minimum loading height of 780 mm and an axle load of 12 tons.

The hydraulic knuckle-steering axles ensure high manoeuvrability, allowing angled construction site access roads to be mastered. Spindle-adjustable stanchions on the gooseneck and galvanised plug-in stanchions on the loading area, coupled with the many lashing options, guarantee the necessary load security. The 30-ton long-material trestle is designed to be level with the gooseneck and allows even the very longest concrete components to rest horizontally.

We would like to thank the KLEBL team for the trust they have placed in us and wish them much enjoyment with this great combination.
