Over 3,000 kilometres through Eastern Europe

Cross-border special transports have to be coordinated in detail, because different specifications often apply from country to country.

In a project of our Turkish customer Profesyonel Taşımacılık ve Tic. Ltd. Şti, the cooperation between the different authorities is exemplary.

The permit and escort service partners are in fact challenged, as the dimensions came across as challenging with a total length of 32.5 metres, a 30-tonne load and the excess width of 4.5 metres.

The starting point is the Turkish town of Balikesir, from where it travels through Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and Lithuania to its final destination in Jelgava, Latvia.

A total of eight countries and over 3,000 kilometres for this team, whereby it represents the first order for the brand new 3-axle MegaMAX low bed trailer.

Thanks to the hydraulic widening, the vessel bridge provides maximum flexibility, as is already the case on this project.

The built-in extension beams ensure that the necessary vehicle length can be optimally achieved.

Company owner Taha Akalın reports enthusiastically on this premiere, and his MegaMAX with pendle-axles will continue to be seen in use on projects in Eastern Europe.
