Self-steering trailers with blade adapter for Ter Linden

The Dutch company Ter Linden Transport b.v. is a recognised specialist for horizontal transport in the wind turbine business.

For these missions, they picked up now the first one of three self-steering trailers with blade adapter from Faymonville.

With this powerful kit, they are able to move rotor blades with a length of 80 to 120 metres and more with maximum manoeuvrability.

Rotor blade transport systems with a self-steering trailer significantly increase the agility compared to extendable vehicles.

With a lifting capacity of 30 tons to overcome obstacles, the blade adapter by Faymonville is already designed today for the rotor blade weights of tomorrow.

This project has been accomplished in cooperation with our Dutch partner Hertoghs.

Thank you for the successful team work and we’re looking forward to seeing these blade adapters in action soon for Ter Linden!
