MultiMAX PA-X as 8-axle version for Lorban SAS in France

The PA-X principle ensures that the semi-trailer can reach a minimum loading height of 790 mm.

It is always a pleasure to support the development of dynamic companies with our transport solutions.

Lorban SAS received a first MultiMAX 1+3 semi-trailer in 2019. In the same year, another 1+3 was added to their fleet, with hydraulic widening and in a heavy duty version.

This week, they took a step forward with the acquisition of an 8-axle MultiMAX PA-X, with pendle-axles and a low loading height. This is the first semi-trailer with this number of PA-X axles and an extension.

The loading platform has a basic length of 14,500 mm and can be extended by a further 10,700 mm, with a movable beam on the extension. The hydraulic gooseneck allows the height to be adjusted when required by the route taken.

The double ramps are hydraulically and individually adjustable, which offers a perfect adaptation to the load. The vehicle has a width of 2,850 mm, with widening elements giving even more possibilities.

The PA-X principle ensures that the low loader can reach a minimum loading height of 790 mm. The MultiMAX is agile with a steering angle of 60° and most suitable for off-road use thanks to the 600 mm suspension stroke.

Located in La Longueville (59) in the Hauts de France region, the Lorban family company, led by Philippe Lorban, has been working for over 50 years alongside various public and private players: manufacturers, local authorities etc.

In close collaboration, this new MultiMAX project was managed by Faymonville's French sales manager Stéphane Castelli and the dealer Channel Semi-Remorques located in Marck (62).
