For the biggest wind farm in Australia

The first blades for the new wind turbines at the 453MW Coopers Gap Wind Farmhas made its way.

They have been moved with a TeleMAX  platform trailer by Faymonville.

The largest blades are 67.2m long and weigh 22t. When it's completed, the wind farm at Cooranga North will be one of Australia's largest.

In total, the project will see the construction of 123 wind turbines, comprising 91 3.63MW turbines (137m rotor diameter) and 32 3.83MW (130m rotor diameter) turbines.

It’s expected to be fully operational by mid-2019.
