FTG – Felber Transport GesmbH from Sinabelkirchen, Austria, has maintained a close partnership with the Faymonville Group for over ten years. The company’s fleet already includes numerous components such as chassis, lowbeds, and PA‑X vehicles from the CombiMAX modular system.
Recently, the team collected another powerhouse in Luxembourg: an 8-axle CombiMAX with double extension, offering a total loading length of up to 32.85 meters. Here, the flexible modularity really comes into play: with removable double ramps, the 8-axle unit can be used for machine transport. In combination with a 3-axle chassis from their modular system, it can be configured as a 3+8 for heavy industrial parts. That is CombiMAX flexibility at its best!
The 2,850-millimeter-wide semi-trailer also impresses with the proven PA‑X pendle axles, which provide excellent manoeuvrability, a notable total stroke of 600 millimeters, and a particularly low loading height of just 790 millimeters.
