Onroad GmbH was a guest at the Faymonville plant in Lentzweiler twice recently. First, the collection of a new MultiMAX semi-low loader with 5 hydraulically steered axles and air suspension was on the agenda.
The vehicle can extend its loading platform from the basic length of 9,200 mm by a further 6,600 mm, which plays into Onroad's favour when transporting heavy and also longer industrial parts.
And a 2+4 VarioMAX combination is now used for missions with high payload requirements. The 8,000 mm long deck with outer beams is designed as a low-profile vessel bridge and can be telescoped by a further 5,000 mm.
The 2-axle front bogie can be uncoupled in an instant to simplify the loading process. And when empty, it can be placed quickly and autonomously on the lowbed via the tractor.
Thanks to the link coupling, additional extension beams can also be used effortlessly. An excavator trough in the rear bogie, a removable loading floor, foldable outriggers of approx. 230 mm on each side, lashing possibilities distributed over the entire trailer, complete metallisation, a central lubrication system, several tool boxes - the list of practical equipment features could go on and on.
