# The friction-steered axles

This variant is used for transports where the requirements in terms of manoeuvrability of the low-loader are not very high.

The steering movement of the axles is done by friction and needs no additional steering impulse.

The steering angle of the axles ideally adapts to the turning circle when driving forwards.

When driving in reverse, all steered axles are automatically locked.
