# Reverse into the Night

At the Swiss customer Vismara, the full strength of the MultiMAX semi low loader with independent Twin Axle II suspension is on display.

A bridge project in Switzerland pushes both people and equipment to their limits: over a distance of 20 kilometers, a 24-ton bridge section is transported and positioned with millimeter precision. The 36-meter-long and 3.3-meter-wide convoy is part of a temporary bridge structure that enables the dismantling of an old crossing. Swiss company **Vismara** handles the job using a four-axle [MultiMAX semi low loader](/products/semi-trailer/multimax/) from Faymonville.

The biggest challenge comes at the end of the journey: to install the component precisely, the heavy transport must travel about one kilometer in reverse through the Vedeggio-Cassarate tunnel — against the direction of traffic and in the middle of the night.
