# For the biggest wind farm in Australia

The first blades for the new wind turbines at the 453MW Coopers Gap Wind Farmhas made its way.

They have been moved with a **TeleMAX** [platform trailer](/trailers/telemax/) by Faymonville.

The largest **blades** are 67.2m long and weigh 22t. When it's completed, the **wind farm** at Cooranga North will be one of Australia's largest.

In total, the project will see the construction of 123 **wind turbines**, comprising 91 3.63MW turbines (137m rotor diameter) and 32 3.83MW (130m rotor diameter) turbines.

It’s expected to be fully operational by mid-2019.
